For over fifteen years, Alex Nepa (formerly DJ Kid AV) has defined a one-of-a-kind sound and established himself as highly sought after DJ from the East Coast. Using his fine tuned mixing style, Alex Nepa tastefully blends across every genre of music, creatively taking dance floors on a journey that ranges from the latest in music from Top 40 to House/EDM, Hip-Hop, Indie & Rock that spans multiple decades.
Alex Nepa is regularly called upon to play top clubs in New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Minneapolis, Omaha and beyond. His club presence has led him to pleasing crowds at hundreds of private and corporate events for companies like Accuweather, Nike, American Eagle Outfitters, Red Bull & Oakley, just to name a few.
Much of Alex Nepa’s recognition comes from his remix work as founder of the CVRBND remix team. Under the CVRBND moniker Alex Nepa set sales records, leading CVRBND to achieve the all time top seller status on several remix sites and ultimately positioning himself with the elite remixers of the Crooklyn Clan Vault. In addition to remixing, Alex Nepa’s edits have been featured on Direct Music Service and DJ City. Alex Nepa’s knowledge of editing music has earned him the trust of his DJ peers worldwide.
Alex Nepa maintains residence in State College, PA and for over ten years has been resident and entertainment director at Indigo (nightclub). He continues to remain busy with handfuls of new projects on a weekly basis, including remix work, marketing work as a partner at Nightlife Media Labs, and DJ booking and promotions as General Manager at Local Motion Entertainment & Nightlife.
