Mix #148 we bring you JAMIL THE DJ from Winnipeg, Canada. Jamil the dj is a young up and coming party rocker that has been making a name for himself in the club scene as of late for a variety of reasons.
His style is very urban, yet his ability to seamlessly and skillfully blend multiple genres together in a cohesive sonically pleasing manner, has landed him residencies and guest appearances at some of the cities hottest venues. Jamil has also been recognized as one of the top djs in Western Canada after competing in the 2013 and 2014 Redbull Thre3style World Dj Championship qualifiers.
After sharing the stage with some of the best in the game (Jazzy Jeff, Skratch Bastid, Four Color Zack to name a few) It has become very clear that Jamil the Dj is a serious force in the Winnipeg music scene.
