- All DMS PayPal & credit card subscriptions are recurring. This means you will be billed each month (every 30 days from day of signup) until you cancel the service. Instructions for how to cancel are located on our HELP page for easy reference.
- For those on our limited download plans (starter & semi-pro packages), your unused downloads will carry over from month to month provided your account stays active. If you cancel, those downloads will remain in the account for later activation but you will only have access to them through the end of your billing cycle (30 days from last billing).
- Most common questions about upgrading, downgrading, browser requirements and more can be found by visiting our HELP page
- For customers that have signed up for Pro Monthly or Pro Yearly subscriptions, a complimentary Pro account to SmashVidz.com, the leader in high quality video content, is included with your subscription. To activate your account with SmashVidz, login to your DMS account and go to the “account” link to activate the button that links your username/password to the SmashVidz.com site. After activating the button, you can then login to their site using your DMS username & password.
- DMS also has a free mobile app companion to our site that can be downloaded from the App Store HERE or Google Play HERE -- The DMS app integrates Dropbox and allows you to get your work done while on the go! (Please note all username logins for the mobile app are case sensitive)
